Warm Yoga Express: This warm (85 - 95 degrees) yoga flow set to a vinyasa style to emphasize the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. 45 minutes.
Salt Cave Yoga: This gentle floor sequence is designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. The class includes about 45 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of guided meditation, focusing on deep breathing and relaxation to maximize the halotherapy benefits of the salt cave.
Mindful Movement + Meditation: In this 45-minute class, students will experience 15 minutes of gentle stretching followed by Yoga Nidra, a meditation technique known as "yogic sleep," guiding individuals to deep relaxation and healing by transitioning from active awareness to profound relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Non-heated.
Non-Heated Flow: This slower paced, 60 minute, non-heated flow includes a breathing exercise, seated warm up poses, core work, and a beginner vinyasa series. This is a great introduction to vinyasa flow for beginners or a recovery day workout for more advanced practitioners.
Forrest Yoga: During this 60 minute practice of a Forrest Yoga inspired sequence, students will find attention on alignment, prop utilization, and dynamic sequences. Sequences will include original poses and movements tailored to modern life. The practice occurs in a warm environment and begins with a breathing exercise, seated warm up poses, core work, and culminating in a dynamic segment involving sun salutations.
